Please take into account our order manufacture and dispatch time which is up to 5 working days during this very busy period. Our Christmas elves making the toys are working very hard to dispatch as fast as possible.
These are Royal Mail recommended last posting dates for pre Christmas delivery.
UK - 1st class by Friday 19th December, -2nd Class by Wednesday 17th December,
International Orders - Tracked Service Only - by 1st December.
We rely on Royal Mail to deliver your goods on time and cannot guarantee Royal Mail's service for pre Christmas delivery. Please order in good time so your cats are not disapointed on Christmas morning.
Our last dispatch date is 22nd December 2025.
We can ship for a special next day (weekdays only) from dispatch date tracked service with Royal Mail/ Courier, however this is expensive (£10 shipping cost). You can select this shipping option on checkout.
OUR CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR DISPATCH TIMES RETAIL ORDERS
-All orders placed by 5pm Monday 15th December will be dispatched by Friday 19th December Royal Mail's 1st class service recommended last posting date for pre Christmas delivery.
-Orders placed from 5pm Monday 15th December to 18th December we will try our hardest to dispatch by 22nd December but it is not guaranteed. Please note the above recommend last posting days for 1st and 2nd class Royal Mail services so these orders will most likey not reach you in time for Christmas!
-Orders placed from 19th December - order stock will be reserved for you and will be manufactured and dispatched within 4 working days (Monday - Friday) after the Christmas/New Year shut down period from January 5th 2026.
