Contract of Sale:
When a confirmation of order email is sent to you, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order and a contract of sale is made as soon as you have been notified of dispatch of your goods.
INTERNATIONAL RESELLER TRADE ORDERS
Goods are sold and delivered strictly under DAP (Incoterms 2020) Delivery at Place. We are responsible only for delivering goods to the named destination, excluding all import clearance. All import duties and taxes into your country are payable by the reseller on arrival normally through the courier.
Under the EU Packaging laws August 2026, Reseller is designated as the Importer of Record and the Primary Obligated Party for all packaging waste management, registration, and reporting. The reseller assumes full legal and financial responsibility for local Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) registrations, data reporting, and recycling fees with respective Producer Responsibility Organisations.
We are not liable for any local regulatory fines, penalties, cargo seizures, or disposal costs resulting from the reseller’s failure to register or account for packaging waste in the destination country.
