Cat rushed to vets

My near 18 year old boy was rushed to the vets this morning after having trouble breathing. I didn't think he'd make it to the car let alone the vets.

He was as normal when we got to the vets and he's having x-rays and tests today.

I'm not expecting him to come home, but naturally I want him back. Vet said he can't say what it is until the x-rays/tests etc but it may be Asthma or similar - his heart sounded fine and he couldn't find anything in examination.

Lost 3 in 8 months (April 2009 - January 2010) so i'm amazed the other two have lasted this long (all same age)

Good vibes appreciated as i'm all over the place. He's been the only boy and my best buddy for nearly 18 years (they are all loved and treated equally, he's just my buddy whereas the girls are all my 'sweeties'  :evillaugh: :evillaugh: )
