If you go on the Charity Commissions website there is loads of guidance notes etc that you can download.

Nicky got in touch earlier and is keen to learn more about becoming a registered charity. Bearing in mind neither me nor her are very "legal minded" answering what is needed in the simplest terms possible would be the way to go. ;) Thanks. :)
