Title: Registering as a charity

Nicky got in touch earlier and is keen to learn more about becoming a registered charity. Bearing in mind neither me nor her are very "legal minded" answering what is needed in the simplest terms possible would be the way to go. ;) Thanks. :)

If you go on the Charity Commissions website there is loads of guidance notes etc that you can download.

Thanks Lesley, was sent that in a PM last night. :) Glanced at it, but it didn't make much sense to me...... :shy:
