I somehow missed the update on Bolivia being taken ill,

im so glad hes now on the mend and back home,his owners must be so glad that hopefully they can now get back to normal

just had an update.

he's home again

. they got a call from the vet this morning to say he was as right as rain. apparently the vet was suprised as they didnt expect him to make it. they have to keep him in for a couple of days and keep a close eye on him.

i'm asked to thank everybody for their kind words and good wishes

i have told his owner where we are and extended an invitation for her to join purrs

it seems so cruel after all the worry his owners must have had, thinking they might never see him again, and then the joy of getting him back, and now this

they found partially digested bird in his vomit and the vet thinks the bird might have been poisoned and it's slowly absorbed into the cat. he was sleeping last night when i got my update and had finally stopped drooling. the owner was told that he was better than he was but not out of the woods.

i'm assuming that because i've heard nothing that there is no news.

had a bit of bad news about Bollie. he was rushed to the vets this evening after vomiting and they think he has injested poison (maybe slug pellets). no idea if it was while he was missing or since he got home. he is on a drip and i'm waiting for news

OMG I have only just caught up with this. Bonkers Mad and Cazanna - you guys are are amazing and I'm sure Bolivars slaves will be forever in your debt (I know I would be).

I'm guessing Bolivar will be confined to barracks for a while following this little episode - and hopefully he'll think twice before sneaking into any more vans

just spoke to Bolivars owner and he is home

. he's a bit thin but apart from that they say he seems fine. i bet he'll be glad to be sleeping in his own house tonight. i'm chuffed to bits
