Finding a British Shorthair breeder........

I'm a breeder of British Shorthair & Longhair Cats 
We live in Poland, but we have contact with breeders all over the world
At the moment we have 3 females (two red and one blue). We also have small kittens in red and creme.
We love all kinds of cats, even this domectic  we're helping cats in shelter nearby or city.

Personal recommendation is always good (sorry I can't help there) but if that's not possible I'd go to a breed club that's affiliated to one of the governing bodies that register cats - GCCF is the biggest - such as the one below.? They should have a list of breeders and a kitten list of currently available kittens.

It doesn't guarantee a breeder is reputable but it's a good start.? I'd also recommend your friend reads up on the GCCF website about what to look for in a breeder and what she can expect, if she hasn't already.? It will help her to tell a reputable breeder from a backyard breeder.

I friend of mine has her heart set on a British Shorthair kitten (I think it's a silver tabby that she actually wants). I've tried to persuade her to go for a rescue but failing that I want to make sure that if she's going to go to a breeder she finds a really good one where the kittens are well cared for and well socialised but never having had a cat from a breeder before I'm not sure where to start and wondered if someone could point me in the right direction?
