Thanks!

That picture of Lucky still makes me cry, but I know she is at peace now and knowing that Milly now has a safe home with me after being through such a tough time is helping.

OK here goes!

I hope this works.

Lucky-Lou is black and white, Milly is the upside down tabby!

Hi and thanks for the welcome - I am off to try the pic resizing thingy now!

I have changed my screen name to MillyMollyMandy - as that's what we call Milly as I loved the books when I was little!

As Millysmum already exists then I am happy to change!

:welcome: to our forum, you will have some great fun.

In the help section there is a bit about resizing pics so you can post them, or you can use Photobucket or the like to link to us.

As we have a member called Milly's Mum already, in order to avoid confusion maybe the two you would want to come to a compromise on names  :evillaugh:  otherwise we (and I say the royal we cos we not to bright here you know) will get confuddled!

Can't wait to see the pics.

Hi All - what a lovely forum!

By way of introduction - I am mum to Milly, who has just to come to live with me having been rescued by Cats Protection. She was found in July abandoned, pregnant, aged only about 12 months. She raised 6 of her own kittens and 3 others after which she was spayed and fostered. I think she was meant to come to live with us as we were very recently bereaved as our beautiful baby Lucky (also from Cats Protection) and probably around 11 years old) had passed over to Rainbow Bridge after battling haemolytic anaemia.

I will always miss Lucky-lou but Milly has brought the smile back to my face. She is now learning to play and to enjoy cuddles. She has also developed a bit of a taste for roast beef - having shared our lunch on Sunday!

I have tried to attach pics but it keeps saying they are too big!
