What do you want there number for they never help and when they do come out they usually put the cat to sleep better off getting help from a local rescue or something

We are a local rescue. When cats that are not being cared for have owners and for reasons it is impossible to borrow them as you can be seen by those owners the RSPCA inspector is the only option, but when you cannot get past those stupid people at the call centre that created a problem. Having said all that the owner called this morning asking for help. I don't suppose it could be something to do with the fact that they were reported yesterday and the RSPCA inspector eventually did get back to the person reporting and said they would try to go out last night about the dogs. But said they would give advice about the cats but could do no more.

Who was the fosterer speaking to?

It was the call centre. who we know are hopeless.

[qoute]Not all RSPCA branches have a cattery[/quote].

No excuse, they do have a cattery and a doggery;D, all are always full however, how can they say they will only do something about the dogs, at least they could have offered advice about the cats.

Thank you, Tiggy's Mum

Who was the fosterer speaking to? Was it the local Inspector or the cruelty line operator? DiddyDawn has said she gets fed up with the cruelty line people...

Not all RSPCA branches have a cattery. Not trying to defend them, because they should to able to rig something... Down here it's the other way round. Thanet RSPCA has a spanking new cattery but dogs usually get turned to the Dogs Trust in Canterbury.
