Oooo great news. Is it your 1st? Haven't had that experience yet but i am really thinking having more cats would suit me better ha ha Only another 20 or so!!

Great to have ya here. It was soo sad when CC forum closed for a while but i hope they will be back in new year.

Hello everyone! What a huge relief that this site's been set up - thanks so much! I nearly cried when I found I couldn't use the CC forum!

I'd just tried to jump onto CC to say I've just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant! Yay!! So glad I've been able to come here and tell you all instead.

Not sure Jack and Ted are going to be very chuffed at having a baby around - although my OH has already agreed to them letting them nap in our bedroom once baby arrives (they're not usually allowed in there at all!) so maybe they'll think life is better!

Hope all you cat chatters are ok, am enjoying the *group hug*.

Hi Everyone, i'm just floating around again trying to pick things up. Missing CC so much....hopefully it'll be back soon but i do feel at home here seeing familiar names on the board !
If anyone remembers it was me with Amber who went missing in April 05 and I adopted the feisty Snowball from Teresa at Paws inn last November.
Teresa is still doing well as far as I know.

Bet it was a shock. It was awful that Weds eve. I was really upset when CC said they were closing. We had to get this up quick so the auction for Ron was still ok to do.

Can't wait till our CC home is back but till then we have found each other ere and on the other forums like the Hovel and Katnip and Feline friends.

It very simular to CC with the catagory headings but extra for Fundrasing and non cat chat bit.

Shout if ya need help with anything.

Carol, we all had the same shock but were around watching it take its last breath and it was soooooooo sad.

But

we all bouncing around this site now and if you get stuck just ask cos there loads of us to help you.

The site is reall easly to use

It's OK, it's OK... This is just like CC with a lot of the old friendly faces and some new friendly ones too! The site is really easy to find your way around too, give it an hour or so and you'll be whizzing around and doing stuff like this...

Oh boy. Just got back from 3 weeks holiday to find the world is not as I left it. Can't believe there's no Cat Chat forum. I'm still in a state of shock so really need that hug. I'm a total dumbo when it comes to techno stuff so I hope I can find my way around this site. I'll have to take it slowly.

Catgirl There are lots of CC members on here and they are all offering the same helpful, friendly advice and wittering about our cats! Most of the action goes on in General just like in CC, check out the auction thread too - we are trying to raise lost of money for an independant cat rescue in Brighton.

The CC forum has been altered and does give this and the Hovel as alternate places. I know the one person from CC who I will really miss wont be joining, I do hope she changes her mind though.

I was soooo sad when Catchat went off-line. I have loved being part of an on-line cat community, but hopefully we can all stick together until Catchat is up and running...

yes I just was checking something out and saw at least one person who is not here and will miss.

I understand how you both feel cos so do I and my emails went down on CCs last day and then i got em all coming thro when it had closed and one arrived late today.

The site was so easy to use and I do hope whaen they bring it back they use the same software.

I am soo glad that others feel the same - I was out last night, and was telling my friend - luckily she didn't look at me like I was bonkers, she understood why I was upset, but I Was nearly in tears telling her, and though I was bonkers!! Two people passed comment on me being glum yesterday at work, but coudn't say why - and to top it off Hotmail kept acting up, so couldn't check everything till today!! This site is good, but there are a few things that were unique to cC that no other forum has got, and I have tried a few!!! I am glad the majority of us are still together though, there are a couple of people that I am not sure will be on who we will all miss though. Hugs to everyone!!!!
