Would it be any use to a rescue for cats to scratch on or to line the bed area?

Offcuts from having my house sorted out this summer.

It's a huge black binliner full, some quite big pieces in there as well as lots of strips and little bits.

Would it be any use to anyone? I can deliver to anywhere within a c. 30 mile radius of Manchester pretty much whenever.
