LOL Zephyr is an Abyssinian .... he's not really that pointy but I was scratching the back of his neck and he was a full stretch purring his head off! he normally looks like this:

Congratulation! She is gorgeous and such a clever kitty. Obviously knew excatly how to handle Zephyr

I think you are right, she does look like the cats in the Rosina W. pictures. My Pepper has half a ginger and half a black face too. She looks like a completely different cat depending which site of her face you see. Often thought if I should rename her Gemini or Janus

(Only joking, she knows her name and it would only confuse the little Madam).

LOL .. I think she holds two titles now .....The last CC Forum adoption and the first Purrs in our heartadoption. She is so adorable and fearless. For the past 2 days Zephyr has been walking upto her and yowling in her face (very intimidating as he is so much bigger than her and he has such a voice on him) but bless her she has just sat there looked at him and done nothing. Needless to say Zephyr is now bored as he isn't getting a reaction and is leaving her alone. LOL.

Is this the first official adoption of the new forum? Can't work out if it's called 'Purrs in our heart' as the title at the top or 'The Cat's meow' as it shows up on my bookmark but either way think Rossi has taken the title.

She's gorgeous Sam.......and definitely suits the name as she is so much like the Rosina Wachtmeister cats!!!!!!!!!!

My OH has a niece called Rosina (known as Nina) and I've always thought it a lovely name (very unusual for a furbabe too!)

As many of you will know I had a bit of a drama at the weekend with a little kitty known as Portia. Well I thought I'd give you an update .... I have been in contact with Kelly who I was going to deliver Portia to and we have decided that as Portia has settled in at my house so well (Foxy was even caught washing her last night! Ahhh) I am going to officially adopt her! Woo Hoo :D

I have decided that I can't have a cat called Portia and a Zephyr (people round where I live won't think Portia = Shakespear or Zephyr = warm wind) they will just think I'm some sort of car nut! LOL. So Portia has a new name now ... ROSINA (Rossi) for short. As soon as I saw her I thought she looked like a Rosina Watchmeister cat so the name has stuck and I'm pleased to say she is responding to it.

She is going to the vets next week for a check up and to be booked in to be done.

Watch this space for more news and obviously lots of baby pics.
