That's how I started. My folks hated cats!  :evillaugh:

No sooner as I left home, Tooshey moved himself in - just waltzed in the door while I was making homemade steak and kidney pie. He eat more of it than I did!  :rofl: Most folks would have phoned the rescue, but not me! Mum went spare.  :faint: Tooshey was the first 'pal' who ate everything I put in front of him, never drank all my Baileys and didn't try to lecture me on the 'meaning of life.That was 12 cats and 25 years ago.  :shy:

I warn you, this place is addictive...  ;)

And membership isn't free - we expect lots of pics of your little furry ones!  :Luv:

Hello all, I'm Adele and I live in Sheffield.  I just thought I'd introduce myself before I started posting!

I've always loved cats but my parents were always very anti-pets so I don't get my own little kitty until two years ago when I moved out of their house.  I'm the very proud mummy of Squidgy who is white with tabby patches and looking proudly out from my profile picture.  ;D  His full name is Squidgy Sherbert but he gets called 'The Squidge', 'Squidgling' and several other variations!

We've also recently adopted a kitten from the local Cat's Protection.  He's currently called Oliver (although we will probably change this) and he will be 8 weeks old when I collect him on Saturday.  I can't wait!  ;D ;D ;D

I've also put my name forward to volunteer for the CPL and will hopefully start helping out in the next couple of days  ;D
