She's home and her numbers have now rocketed. She's had a full set of bloods taken and nothing untoward is there so her collapsing legs and then her locking legs must have been as a result of her hypo.  She's had a very large plate of applaws and is now in front of the fire trying to forget her horrible day.

Back to diabetes basics for me and testing her in the morning so this doesn't happen again - I always test at night but as she has been steady in her numbers I cut the morning one out. Lesson learnt!

Thanks :)

Could I have some "get your glucose levels up" vibes for Sky ?

She fell down the stairs today - her legs gave way apparently (fortunately mum was in the house and saw her).   She then wouldn't move. I abandoned work to get home to check her over, tested her bloods and she is hypo. Tried to stabilise but her numbers dropped and she didn't look right (her legs sort of locked into a weird position) so I've dashed her into the vet to try and get her stabilised.  typically at the vets she was looking a lot brighter!

I've tried to help out by eating a nice sugary chocolate cake but Purrs vibes will also help!  She has been doing so well with her diabetes so I've no idea why she has suddenly gone hypo.
