What mine do isn't physical. More emotional well being kind of help. They ease my loneliness, ease my nerves. Whatever I provide isn't half as important as what they give me.

Freya used to open all of my drawers and 'spring clean' for me. I often came home to find my undies scattered on the floor.

One of Alfie's favourite jobs is to check that I haven't left anything in the bags when I am putting the shopping away. He takes his duties very seriously!  ;D
