Toastie is very yummy Andrew, when I get my supermarket delivery I always get 2 and put one in the freezer so I have enough to last until my next delivery.

that is a lot of money for an advert, crumpets sell themselves as far as I'm concerned!!!  always bring back happy memories of Saturday afternoons in winter as a kid, watching big daddy and eating crumpets!

I actually saw it in a newspaper article on Facebook, but digging deeper it turns out the crumpet campaign cost 25 million and the newly built plants to make them cost 7.5 million!!! :Crazy:

All for a bit of holey bread!! Commercial business, it's a different world!

I think it's fab too, but apparently it cost 7.5 million to make which is disgraceful.

Imagine what the homeless could do with that and all the other Christmas adverts!

Or even rescue kitties!!  ;D
