Check out zooplus. They sell renal treats so might have something low sodium. They are good at giving nutritional analysis too

My cat Joey with his heart disease  seems fairly stable at the moment on his medication. I like to give him treats, but worried about salt levels. Every where I look appears to be USA sites. Does anyone have any recommendations? :-:
