Me neither. I thought he was about 10 pounds and Zoonie was about 12, just by holding them. This means Zoonie is somewhere around a stone, 14 pounds, can't wait to find out.

The vet was very impressed with Astrophe's condition, she called him Apostrophe

She actually gasped when she saw him and said she couldn't believe how big and shiny he was. Regards the weight it's all muscle.
She asked what I fed them on and how many times a day I feed. So I told her, 6 times a day, plus dry food.

Carry on as you are she said, wish more people did what you are doing

Just had Astrophe at the vet for his booster and he weighs 5.7 kilos. Monster cat

Find out what Zoonie weighs in two weeks when he goes for his. I know it's more than Astro.

Astrophe and Zoonie are great, as you can see. I don't have to hold them tightly either and Astrophe was just purring his little head off even though he did try to get away.
I think it helped having them from kittens. When they sat on my lap I played with their paws and tail all the time to get them used to being handled and it seems to have worked

Awww, they are such good boys!

Alfie's don't need doing as he is outside a lot. Cleo's need doing quite often but it is something of a dram. She loves being huppyside down but her furry feet make it really hard to get at her claws. We got the vet nurse to do it last time -and it took 2 of them!
