I have not seen this movie yet, but I cannot wait to see it. The main character is based loosely on a man named Dave Van Ronk who apparently is a folk musician in the 60s. I think the main action happens when he is sleeping on his friends couch when the handsome ginger Tom cat comes up and befriends. The cat later escapes and he chases him through the city trying to catch him. Skylar Bear looks just like that cat in the movie! I did a little research and found out that the cats name in the movie is "Ulysses". I'm not sure if that is the real cats name or the name of the cats character in the movie. It comes out Dec 20th and I know grandma and mama can't wait to see it. I wish Skylar could go with us but he may have to wait for it to come out on blue ray.
