We stuck with Nala, it really suits her. I'd not seen her until she was brought round to our home, she's completely black apart from a tiny splash of white on her chest. Her eyes are a dark greeny/gold colour, they look more golden in photos. She has like a dark green ring around her pupils then gold. She's lovely, full of energy and very affectionate.

My black cat was called 'die fledermaus' or 'die flea' for short. She was a lovely little cat.

I've got a black and white Luna (more lunatic than moon goddess) and Cleo the black tabby.

My one was all black with green eyes. Managed nearly eighteen years. Was called Bully.
She was lovely. Quite small. Hope you have many happy times and years together.

Aww all such brilliant names!
I think we've decided, hubby suggested Nala front the Lion King. So I've read, it means 'beloved'. There's probably others out there with that name, but I've not heard of it before. It suits her I think, the second I saw her it was love at first sight!

My black boys are Toerag, Inca, Puma, Cougar, Jet, Turbo, Bertie and Panther - yes black cats are my favourite but don't tell the rest of the rainbow kids at the Clan cats ;D

Mine and Sheila's black cat is Polly but I'm sure she'd tell you she the one and only Polly  :wow:

Lava - his a black cat on YT that goes travelling in a lorry.

Shadow - this was one I would have called our local black cat but my neighbour beat me to it and adopted her first, the vets called her Sheba.

Obsidian - if I remember rightly is a black semi-precious stone.

Forest - as in Black Forest Ghateau  :rofl:

I have a few ideas, just wondered if you had any?
We're *hopefully* getting a female black kitten today, she's completely black with green eyes. Black cats to me have always been magical cats, and I was looking at Goddess names. Here's the ones I've seen..
Bast - goddess of cats
Isis - goddess of magic
Nut - goddess of stars and sky
Khaos - goddess of air
Aphrodite - goddess of love

Non goddess names I like are Sasha, Cleo, Pixie, Luna and Inky.
