They say they are puppy collars but not what size.

I wonder if, cos cats are smarter than dogs, whether a cat would be up set with the flashing light?  :innocent:

Fab! Our neighbour has one for her chocolate Labrador, never seen them for cats tho.

Just seen this on Ebay and thought some of you might be interested especially if you have a black cat that goes out.  May be ideal for thoseof you who have cats that hide in the garden and have you searching for them for hours :naughty:
