Great news ;D

I was lucky enough to see Bob and James four years ago walking home. Well when I say walking Bob was on James' back in a jaunty waistcoat :Luv:

I spotted he had posted about Bob's new house - his cat cube - and thought it looked familiar :)

Aw Tan - bless you treasure.  That's such a lovely gesture.       I read the book last year and loved it.  I really like the fact it reminds you that behind the "homeless (nameless)" person is someone; someone with hopes, fears, dreams and aspirations, just like the rest of us.  Bob and James are an amazing couple.

Didn't know another book was on the way  ;D

He's gorgeous. I follow them on Twitter so will have to keep an eye on it and go and see them next time they are there.

Yayyy I finally managed to tweet him correctly!   ;D  Me being a twitter novice had the option to make all my tweets protected so any I sent anyone who wasn't following me didn't see them!   I felt like a right Twit!!!

Anyhoo James replied to me this am Yayyyyy  ;D  and he said best to send to Publisher as he is not sure when he and Bob would be out next and they will give it to him. They normally go out twice a week to Cov Gardens on Neil Street for a few hours depending on when They are not busy with book stuff :) He does Twitter when he and Bob are going  ;D

So today i have sent Bob from all of us at Purrs a thermo heat rug, Flying frenzy toy with attachments, a spring onion Valerian and a blue play cube.  Hope Bob likes them  :shy:  He's a stunning lad  :Luv: and James is a really lovely guy  ;D

Let me know what I can do to help!
I'm on Twitter but have teenage step children so if I don't know they should. I also work in Piccadilly Circus so not far from Covent Garden so if you need a hand tracking him down Sheila give me a shout.

I'll be at Angel on 1st Feb, Tan.  :innocent:

I can go walkabout to find him that day as it's only a half day meeting I'm booked for.

Might need some Twitter help from my Purrs pals to locate him on the day though as I don't know how to tweet from my phone  :-[

I think he'd like a Thermorug.  :)

Bob spends a lot of time outdoors, so long as this dries quickly when it gets wet it might help him stay warm this winter.  :cutety:

On Twitter he often posts where he is going to be - he is often in Covent Garden area I think.  I don't think he sells Big Issue but does still busk.

Lol I'm the same no idea how twitter works so gowd knows if he got my tweet how to give Bob some goodies.

Sheila hun that's brilliant :) thanks so much :) I can post ya the goodie pack for him :)  we just need to find out how to find them lol
I'm quite blind to be honest as I'm not sure they still go there now or when since the book has come out. Maybe he doesn't need to do the big issue or busk anymore ??

Any help on how to track them down so we can give darlin Bob some goodies would be fantastic. I am sure They have touched  many hearts as they have mine :)

Tan, Angel is (can be) on my route in to work.

I can pop your goodies in my motorbike top box and see if I can track him down (snow permitting, I don't imagine he's out in the cold is he?).

I've never seen James and Bob so this would be a great opportunity to meet the lovely pair in the flesh. I might even take my camera.  ;D

See, now I don't really know how twitter works. If you use @streetcatbob in the message (or whatever their name is), they should be notified that someone has tweeted them and will be able to see it without following you.  I think. No idea why it hasn't shown up in the feeds though.

It's a technology beyond me is Twitter even though I'm on it.

Tan are you on Twitter or Facebook?  There is a page for them, run by James.

http://www.facebook.com/StreetCatBob or https://twitter.com/StreetCatBob (he does respond to tweets)

Hiya hunnies

Anyone live or goes regularly near Covent Garden Neal Street  in London ?

I'm half way through their book "a street cat called Bob" and it's such a wonderful book. Both James and Bob are great.

I wanted to send Bob a few bits from the shop  ;D but don't know how to get a cat goodie bag to Bob so wondered if anyone sees them or lives near so I can post goodies to you for Bob?
