Spirit is very unusual colours at the moment as he looks black in certain lights but when he's in good light he looks chocolate and he has grey stripes all over too x

So like our darling Kali kitten who is 15 months old and her new sibling the dumped pairing of Midnight and Magic

I love my rainbow family but the Blacks have me hook line and paw and they are have enter double figures in numbers in the house :shocked:

Thought I would introduce myself my name is Stacey and I recently became Mum to Spirit. I found spirit living in our outhouse and as the weather is rubbish at the moment I decided to bring him into the house while I attempted to find his owners.

He isn't fazed by my four cocker spaniels in fact Solo thinks he is a puppy and she his mum  :evillaugh:, so I after having him four days and posting signs and adverts saying that I had found him a lady got in contact with me saying she thought I had found her kitten. When I offered to return him she went to hang up, I managed to get her to stay on the line and tell me about him.

It turns out that Spirit had escaped from her house last Monday, he was one of five kittens, he was 10 weeks on Sunday which means he was born on my birthday (meant to be) lived with a dog, been wormed and defleaed but no injections as yet. So after talking with Mum we decided to keep him and he is now part of the family.

Spirit is the first cat that I have owned but I have a background as an animal care assistant at a rescue center so I have experience in caring for them, he is going to the vets for a check up and jabs tomorrow. Very excited new Mum.
