Hi Anka, i live in London and been supporting Mayhew for last 25 years, they are very helpful with strays and urgent cases, please give them a ring .They put pregnant and mums and kittens on their priority list. I know they are full as i was there few weeks back talking to rehoming officer regarding a Tom cat in my area they were happy to have him neutured and released  but had no room to keep him but its worth trying.
There is also Wood Green but they are in North London.

If she has no joy with local rescues it's worth contacting http://forum.animallifelineuk.org/ They seem to do very well at finding rescue places further afield and arranging volunteer transport chains.

Have you passed on the list of rescues to contact?

I think the Mayhew is that postcode.

Best of luck!

I do not know the whole strory - only what I said below.

Harlesden in London NW10 I think, the lady who advertised the kittens wants to best for them, she has just emailed me, she would be happy to contribute to mum's spay but can not keep the mum/kittens herself.

Asked for a photo of this little family too, will update as soon as I know anything more.....

It is heartbreaking - all the usual routes have been tried....

Mum and babies have been moved to an office,  they are warm and being fed but .. they need homes :(

Asked the lady advertising them to come on here, not sure how her English is though  found that post on Polish forum...

Kittens are in a garage in Harlesden - would any rescue take the mum and kittens on?
