I'm really pleased for you - and her, it's obvious from your posts on MSE what a great animal lover you are and it must have been very hard to accept that Chloe wasn't suited to your home

Very much so..... and E17 is just down the road - they could pop in to see Chloe even tomorrow.

But as I said, she was never around kids so I really have no idea.....

Will PM you my phone number.

Thanks a lot.

The family I have in mind for Chloe have no other animals and just one toddler.

They're in a quiet part of the Village (E17) in a house with a garden. A quiet, peaceloving cat is exactly what they are looking for.

If you're happy about it, I'll ask them tomorrow if they would be interested in adopting Chloe? Do let me know or I won't approach.

If not, at least Chloe got a bump on the thread  :-[

HI and thank for replies.

Chloe was never around children so I really do not know, sorry - do not want to lie or assume.

BUt I do not think she would be happy in a "busy" household if you know what I mean?

She seems to like peace and quiet and laps to sit on, bed to cuddle up to a human to.

I do not feel a multicat household is good for her either (I got 4 cats apart from my dog and she never mixes with them at all).

Possibly an older person/couple with no other pets and/or kids really - that is the ideal....

I really love that cat to bits but my home is not the best for her and it is not fair on both her and my dog.

She is very slight built, very fluffy though, absolutely loves cuddles/scratches all over her (I got long nails, she loves it) and she curls up in a ball to sleep with me.

But her and dog - a total no no..... and my dog loves cats and tries so hard to make frinds with Chloe - which makes thngs worse... sigh....

See my dog with other cats... sigh....

Chloe just wants her own human where she can be the only cat/one of 2 perhaps.. but definitey no dogs ..

She's so pretty. Would Chloe be OK with a toddler, do you think?

Tiggy's mum - thanks for posting.

I was jst thinking about that actually - and to be honest, Chloe never tries to get out as my boys do (the barge past you as soon as you open the door), she seems to be the happiest on someone's lap or shoulders or on the pillow next to a human so perhaps an indoor only home would be ok for her...

Yes, it is absolutely heart breaking BUT she is here with me since May and there is no sign of her ever getting used to my dag. Teddy (another cat my ex dumped on me - long story) came here 2 weeks after Chloe but within a week he was best pals with Zara same as my other 2 boyf Fred and George. And Teddy is just over 5 years old, same as Chloe.

I just do nto like seeing her under the bed most of the day, she is not interacting with the other cats, she hates the dog ...:(

She's lovely, must be a very hard decision to accept she needs a new home elsewhere

Would you say Chloe is an indoor & outdoor cat or would she be happy in an indoor only home? There was somebody on here recently who had an indoor home to offer in your rough area recently but the rehoming fell through as the fosterer decided to keep her.

Meant to add - at the moment Chloe is living with my 3 male cats and my dog Zara.. the dog that she hates...

Despite that, Chloe does nto really mix with the other cats, she likes to be with a human most of all, she is not bothered about other cats.

Ideally she would probably be the happiest as the only cat, proper lap cat with a human all fer herself.

I live in a falt but Chloe goes out sometimes when I take her down to communal garden, my boy cats stay in the garden but Chloe goes off exploring and comes back in the evening shouting to be brought back upstairs and once back in she turns into a total purring machine so happy to be with her human.

She really is NOT an independednt type of cat that only wants food/water and goes her way - she adores cuddles, sleeps next to my head on the pillow and headbutts for cuddles making really funny noises growling like - all for attention.

Hello,

My thread about Chloe on MS was deleted - no idea why... so the link in Lillylass post does not work :(

Lilylass, thanks for posting for me, just managed to sort out my own account on here.

If anyone could help with rehoming Chloe, please do contact me, thanks a lot.

Hi, posting on behalf of a friend from another forum.....

"I took Chloe from my ex in May - she STILL hates my dog despite Zara's best efforts to make friends with her

Chloe spends most of her time under the bed - this is really not right...

She is the most loving, purring lap cat, wants nothing more than be stroked and will head butt you for cuddles.

Do you know anyone who does not have a dog and would like to take Chloe?

She is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed.

Lovely little girl, looks like amix with Norvegian Forest with very fluffy tail and cheeks, she also got black feet and cream curly haired belly....

Anyone that can help please - you may know someone, you may be able to cross post somewhere, please see if you can help.

Love her to bits but she is only happy when I lock the bedroom door and she comes on to my bed and after decent amount of cuddles - curls up on the pillow next to me.

I think ideally she is suited to someone who may be at home most the time, wants company - she is NOT an independed people ignoring cat, she adores to be with a human but she absolutely hates the dog. If that did not improve since May-I lost hope it will...

She eats both dry and wet food, is not fussy at all, lovely tiney kitty...

Thanks a lot"

Many thanks
