That's a shame that it hasn't worked out for Sox but good on you for accepting that yours might not be the right home for a cat just now before she arrived. Maybe you could reconsidering keeping the guinea pigs now, doesn't seem fair to rehome them to make way for another animal  :shy:

well im going to keep my guinea pigs im sorry people and maybe when everything starts settling in the house then maybe later just got my hands a bit full at the moment but thanks for being so understanding  :thanks: x

They can for sure, but i think zara feels it would be a bit much for her as she has a young puppy dog, 2 guineas and a set of 4yr olds twins each weekend, also the guineas are currently in the room the kitty cat would be using as a chill out space so in order for what ever little kitty cat zara ends up with to get the best start she wants to feel sure she has time and space for them, shes not giving up on adoption altogether just making sure she ready for the kitten as we all now how much tiem and energy a young kittenc an take up

Can't cat's and guinea pigs live together?

:'( im sorry people but i will no longer be adopting sox as i have been trying to rehome my guinea pigs with no luck as yet and i wouldnt think it fair to bring a cat in where there are guinea pigs.
once they hav found a new home i will be going back to SARAH_JANE and seeing what new fosters she has
Sox will find a loving home because she is such a pretty cat
sorry everyone

 :welcome: to Purrs   ;D

Glad you've found us, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  You have been warned  :evillaugh:

We will need lots of pics of little Sox once she's settled in  ;D
