are you anywhere near weaverham?  there is a lovely rescue called paws inn which is having to close its doors as the late who runs it is very ill, she has 30 odd residents desperate for homes

sorry you found us under sad circumstances

We are looking for a cat or kitten as our little black cat Bunty, who was 15, was put to sleep 2 weeks ago. She was very special and could practically talk to you and we miss her terribly. I have a big garden which has a 6ft fence but it is a main road over the fence.  Bunty never went on or near the road and neither did our 3 previous cats.  Obviously the road is a worry so don't know whether to go for an older indoor type cat, or a kitten like Bunty was when she came to us as a rescue. She didn't go outside at all until she was one year old.  I also have a lovely Golden Retriever who is obviously good with cats. If any one has a suitable cat for homing or a female kitten, (sorry I don't want two kittens and most of the rescue centre like you to take two)) I would love to hear from you.  I live in the mid Cheshire area.  Hilary
