I was going to guess at a ragdoll but his pic is quite teeny so didn't want to look a fool if he turned out to be nothing like a ragdoll  :evillaugh:

Hiya! 

Yes Jack is a red point ragdoll.

His name can be attributed to my partner.  I forgot the captain though... Jack'd be disgusted with me! He's actually Captain Jack, after a certain pirate, as his ped name was Red Rum... and Captain Jack Sparrow really liked his rum.  We're such geeks! And so is Jack... he likes playing computer games!

Hi everyone! 

I'm Amy, slave to Jack as seen in my avatar.  He's 9 months old next Wednesday and really is the apple of mine and my partner's eyes!  I thought it was about high time that I joined a forum to be able to ask for advice and meet other cat people -as we both traditionally come from dog families we're on a steep learning curve (and yeah, our families gaped when we told them we'd chosen to get a cat! I'm still not really sure how it happened either...)!  :shy:

So... hi! Boy, I've not done this introduce-yourself-on-a-forum thing for a long time.  :doh: I bet you can tell!
