Must have been a nasty little wound, though, to hurt that much.....
Good thing he got the AB shot, and the other shot probably included a pain killer, making him feel better.

I am relieved there seems to be nothing seriously wrong with him.....

Took him to the vets yesterday, he had a puncture wound on his side :'(   Luckily it doesnt seem to have gone to deep. Possibility that he has fallen into something...  He was given antiflamatory injection and antibiotic injection.  Hes much, much better today and seems to be walking normally.
Got to take him back tomorrow for a check up.
Thanks everyone. :)

I hope not,  he doesnt go out for long periods of time.  Theirs no blood on him he just seems 'sore', hes currently sleeping - but thats something he does alot of anyway.
Will get him to the vets. Thanks. :thanks:

Please let us know how he gets on.

Whatever the cause, for a cat to react like that, he must really be in considerable pain, which is always a reason for concern. An abcess can be lethal if it burst, as it will infect the entire abdominal cavity.
So, whatever the origin of the pain, he needs medical attention, or at least a thorough check-up.

Sounds like he had been hit by a car or a moped, or maybe fell off a wall.
We had a cat come home that way, once, when I was a child.
A cat does not show pain unless he can't help himself, his instinct  will not let him show weakness and betray he may be an easy prey, so he must be really sore.
He is almost certainly badly bruised, and may have some internal injuries. Better get him to a vet, just to make sure.
