Sorry to hear about Waley.   She went to thr Bridge on the same day as my precious  Digby, (Nov 17th 2010 a date that will be forever etched in my memory) so comforting to think they had each other to travel with as Digger was a big hansome black purr in my heart too who we lost at 12 after a very short illness.

Play hard at the Bridge Waley, free of any pain x

I lost my best friend Waley (Her real name was Salem but we nicknamed her Waley) on November 17th after a short battle with cancer. She was nearly 10 and we were shocked to learn she had a carcinoma in her throat as she was always so healthy and well looking. She went through major surgery but the specialist could not remove it fully and she went downhill very quickly so I did the right thing and let her go in peace in my arms. We had her scattered at Farley Mount in Winchester.

I was a complete mess for weeks afterwards, couldn't stop crying but I know she is no longer suffering. I can talk about it calmly now but I will never forget my beautiful girl.
