When you reply to a message under the box you are typing in there is another little box that say attach.  Click on the browse button, find the pics on your computer and attach.  If you want more than 1 pic uploading click on the (more attachemnts) link under the box and you can upload upto 4 pics.

I haven't got a digital camera. I must get one though.

Ahhh yes, that would make it difficult to upload pictures!
