I wish they had sent me orijen. Kylie ate a little bit of the acana but Alice turned her nose up, as did one of the torties than comes in the garden begging for food

I daren't give Lazarus anything other than high fibre food.

I suppose that is more than can be said for the meowing heads food. None of them will go near it

Citylink are just terrible and its them who did not deliver my camera before Christmas,,,,,,there are so many complaints about them its untrue.

They told me it was coming on a certain day and they never came and they didnt turn up until after Christmas, nearly two weeks later and it was on a next day delivery!
They didnt up date their website and would not take any phone calls!

The original deliveries are lost! Sent out when it snowed / Christmas time and caused lots of problems, we are still having deliveries turning up.

I have been off sick and my colleague has been using your old email address trying to contact you as the lady below address was incomplete and the courier company couldn’t deliver.

I will send some vouchers to the auction winners as an apology for the problems. I am so sorry it all has gone badly wrong.

I have just the following email to Bern ... hopefully they will reply.

Hi Karen,

Me again LOL. Just to update you on the auction items. Both the winners of the CAT food have received parcels ... however both of them have received DOG food which is of no use to them whatsoever as neither owns or knows a dog.

The cat litter has still not been delivered and the auction winner has asked me to pass on her Mobile number in order that the courier can give her a call if they are experiencing difficulty in finding her house: 0781xxxxxxx

We really appreciate Bern Pet Foods supporting our charity auction, however the palaver involved in actually getting the items and then the auction winners receiving the incorrect items has soured their experience and potentially damaged the good name of Purrs in our Hearts and Berns Pet Food.

I gave it today as well as I knew I had one other thing stuck with couriers since before Christmas and that came today. Still no sign of this food, reckon whatever courier did the pick up has a hungry hoard of ferals and kept it for themselves
