She went to a new home yesterday a family friend who adores cats and lives in a quiet chapel in the countryside in Wales :-) she's settling in well xx

It may also help to post on the Catchat forum too, someone in the area may be able to help or know of someone who can - even if temporarily it's worth a try.

Have you seen my replies to your other 2 posts Emma and contacted all of the rescues and told them it's urgent?  many won't reply straight away as they are often volunteers who work so do keep trying.

Hi Guys,
I found a cat near work and after taking it to the vets today and finding she didnt have a chip and was covered in fleas they have said they will keep her for a few days until they have found somewhere to send her.
They are not supposed to take cats in as it costs them too much but between them and me we have called 10 rescues inc cat protections and RSPCA and other local ones. So far we have not gotten through to anyone....

I have 2 kittens in my flat indoors in the day time due to us working fulltime they only get the run of the bedroom and 2nd bedroom and dont think its viable to take anothercat in as that would mean shutting her in one room when were not there and the 2 kittens havign one room and a hall for 9 hours a day!
Otherwise Id take her.....

does anyone know anyone that wants a cat or a rescue that would take her?
This is fairly urgent as she needs somewhere in the next 24 hours ....
