Just to follow on from my earlier post I have heard from Louise who donated the painting and she is going to post out to me on Friday so I will post on here when I receive it so the thread can be closed. Thanks again Jasmine, your help with this has sorted it straight away.

Just logged on to my pc and seen this. Thanks so much for this and for the email, I will email her straight away and give her my address. I tried to track it down but would have had to register on ebay to get it so this is much appreciated. I'll let you know when I get this sorted.

Ann, I've just bought a pic off the artist & mentioned I was introduced to her work via this auction/site.
She has emailed me back to say she still has this painting & desparately wants to send it out, but has had no contact regards your address.

I think it would be worth emailing Hels cos you really need to know if this has been sent or lost in the post. All auction items were meant to be sent out as soon as payment was made so this is really not good enough.

If it is lost in the post Hels should have got a certificate of posting so a claim can be made.

Still waiting for this Gill, I know Hels posted on one of the other threads to say she was working her way through things as she had had some problems so hopefully I will receive it soon. I will let you know as soon as I get it (my post is notoriously slow aswell which doesn't help)
