Liz, show him this picture, it's a way more effective version of puppy-dog eyes, how could he resist?  :Luv:

Well I've spoke to my sister in law, and she'd be happy to travel any distance, Aberdeen included...

Oh if you weren't so faraway they could come to the Clan - we had a diabetic feral who got his injections twice a day and was so good

They are just gorgeous and thats a colour way we don't have at the Clan since the loss of our baby Archie from cancer - he was brain damaged and broke our hearts when he went

Jake and Woody are both gorgeous  :Luv: :Luv:

It must be an awful decision for your sister-in-law to have to make, has she contacted rescues in her area? here's a link:  http://www.catchat.org/adoption/mids.html hopefully someone will be able to offer them both a forever home x

Hi just putting this here on the off chance someone can help or point us in the right direction.

Right...I'm posting this on behalf of my sister in law, with her permission of course...

She has 2 boys, black and white moggies who are brothers...Jake and Woody...both 5 (6 later on this year) both neutered, vaccinated, deflead & worming up to date...house trained...

Jake is in perfect health..Woody however has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and needs 2 insulin injections everyday (6am and 6pm)

The reason these two are up for adoption is because my sister in law is having problems with her flat and has to move out and she is starting to worry that she wont be able to afford the insulin for much longer...shes had no hot water for nearly 2 months and simply cannot afford to get that fixed and so has to move in with her boyfriend who lives in a flat above shops but unfortunately is located on a very busy main road...

She is gutted to have to give up her boys, they are the most loving cats i have ever met and she loves them very much...

Although jake and woody are brothers and it would be nice for them to be rehomed together, but this is not set in stone because they are not dependant on each other.

My sister in law is willing to travel almost anywhere to find these boys the home they deserve...
Any help at all would be appreciated...i will upload some pictures of the boys
