If paying by paypal, how much extra to cover the charges? Seems unfair for them to take some, I dont mind paying the charge fee also  :) I think it was Helen who worked this out last time.

Paypal charge 3.4% plus 20p per transaction, (so as Gill says please pay for all purchases in one lump sum to minimise paypal fees). Would be lovely if people added a bit extra to cover the fees, so that Sunny Harbour gets every penny of the auction end price, but of course it's completely up to the individual whether they would like to cover the fees or not and certainly not compulsary

OOh, lists are good. Lists are definitely good.

But I am away for a few days from Wednesday which will delay my payment and sending out the two items I had listed.

I think the general idea is to hang around purse open until Auntie Gill shouts at you

that's what I plan to do, anyway ;D

This section tells you how to send your money for your won item/s.

Please note all money except cheques will come to Purrs NOT Sunny Harbour because this allows us to take on the needed work, rather than take Sarah away from her rescue work.

Please ensure that all money is paid by 1900 on 14th December at the latest, as we would like all items to be received before Christmas and Sunny Harbour to get the money as fast as possible.
Last posting dates for xmas are
Tuesday 15th December Standard Parcels
Friday 18th December Second Class
Monday 21th December First Class

There are two ways you can pay for your winning auction items:- Via paypal with a card / paypal account or by cheque.

If you won more than one item and are paying by paypal please pay in total for all your items in one transaction as paypal charges the receiver of the money a set fee per transaction plus a small percentage of the total.

By paypal using a bank or credit card or paypal account

Please Click on the donate button at the bottom of the purrs forum pages.
This will take you direct to a secure paypal payments page to pay to Donations@purrsinourhearts where we can collect the auction money.
- Enter the amount you are paying for all your wining items which will include any postage costs shown on each of your won auction items.
-Then click the UPDATE button underneath the amount box.
If you have a paypal account,  log in by entering your paypal deatlis in the Log Into Paypal box
If you do not have a paypal account, please click the continue text link on the left hand side.

Follow the paypal instructions to proceed.

Once you get to the Review your payment page, please click Add a Note and type in the word Auction and your Purrs name as shown on the forum.

Click the orange donate now button to complete your auction payment.

Pay by Cheque

Cheques are to be sent direct to Sunny Harbour. Please pm Tan or Gill and we will reply with the address the chq should be sent to.

Please Make all cheques payable to -  cheques should be made payable to Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue

We need to wait till Sunny Harbour has told us your cheque has cleared before giving the go ahead for your won item/s to be posted to you by the auctioneer. Please add a note with the payment saying which item/s you are paying for and your Purrs name.

Once your payment has been received, Tan or Gill will post on each item thread to say that the money has been paid. Only then will the auctionner be able to dispatch your winning items.

Please PM the auctioneer of your item/s give her them your postal name and address to send them to.

All auctioneers please wait for this payment confirmation to be posted on your auction threads before you dispatch any items.  Please remember to get a certificate of posting
