I think there's three alone in this section; Casper certainly provoked a lot of interest and admiration among the feline loving community.

Thanks Christine, wasn't sure whether I should or not so left it. It is really sad; I love the independence cats display but sadly it can leave them vulnerable with thoughtless people about.

 :( Awww that's so sad.  I know near my sis there is a cat who - given chance is always getting in cars sitting at the bus stop, going into the hairdressers and houses a very sociable cat and the owners were always out picking him up in the car, thankfully it seems they are now keeping him closer to home.

There's been several stories like this. Anyone remember the white cat from a few years back? He caught a bus every day outside his house and got off at the chippy. He'd hang around until the chippy man gave him a bit of fish then catch the next bus home.  :evillaugh:
