This one angie  :stir:

Its more than likely the hardearned cash of a carbooter paying for his leg, as most are independant branches not adoption centres

I know that ! Thats why I was looking for :stir:  :P

The wonderful CP

The wonderful CP have taken over the care of this little one which I am sure stretches them to the limit, but is best for the kitten and family. I have reminded her to get the other two kittens neutered, and hopefully they will rehome as they know they just have too many cats to cope with long term.  :(

The blue cross were very helpful to me when i had a big vet bill a while back -i highly recommend them .
The PDSA wouldn''t help as i would only go to my own vet .

Try the blue cross. My friends cat was hit by a car and broke his pelvis and the blue cross paid £500 towards the bill.

sadly a lot of people would consider 9 months old - she can get neutering vouchers from cat protection -hope she manages to get sorted and finds a pdsa nearby!

:thanks: I don't know where she is in Devon yet. The vet seems to be trying to do his best for her, and I am encouraging her to read and post here as I know you will all be lovely!  She knows they can't keep all five cats long term, but they feel able to keep the adults (who are both neutered). I would think the kittens (not neutered but all vaccinated) should be relatively easy to rehome at nine months? Hopefully they can stay where they are and not be looking for fostering, as I am know every rescue is heaving.

She must be in receipt of Housing/Council tax benefit to take up thier services and she will need proof of this when she registers.

If she is on benefits she should be able to register with the PDSA.

I hope it's OK to put this thread here, please move if not, it doesn't seem right for the rehoming section .... this lady has taken in two strays, one gave birth to kittens soon afterwards which they have kept. Now nine months old one kitten has a broken leg which she can't afford to fix, please please any ideas of who can help??  :'( I am almost in tears thinking about it.
