It's funny that any other charity I know if only too happy to see their names mentioned. How many times do we use the letters CP? What would happen if Cats Protection started to gag everyone that wanted to talk about them? Then again, CP haven't got as many monsters in the closet as THEM.

The way I have read this is that the organiisation concerned is saying that they have copyright over their name
in either upper case or lower case.

If this is actually true, then will the title of this thred need to be altered?

You might be interested in this link. It appears the RSPCA are now threatening legal action against anyone who tries to use their name is ways they don't like.  :tired:
