they are living in a tower block in east london they have never been out.
I NEED SPACES BY THE WEEKEND. THE SITUATION IS DESPERATE THE OWNER HAS ALREADY PTS ONE CAT THIS WEEK, SHE DOES NOT WANT TO PTS THEM BUT MAY HAVE TO IF NO OTHER SOLUTION CAN BE FOUND
