Wow Clare - they're grand photos!   ;D  Love all of them.  Disney does have a tad of lurcher about her, and such beautiful eyes.  :)

Mouse looks so gorgeous.  Fab whiskers!  :Luv:

What a lovely warm welcome from all of you, thanks!

Ok the dawgs:
Gomez the malamute is 6 years old and has a very small brain so acts like a pup!
Disney is the weimeraner x, we are not sure what she is crossed with but think its lurcher, she is 8 and is very destructive and cannot be left alone, she has eaten a sofa and a wall amongst other things. She is fine if we are in the house but the minute we are out she looses it!

Bunnies I have no good pics of because they dont stay still!!! Kimi is a lop harlequin and she is 1, the grumpiest rabbit in the world! Lewis is her new "husbun" he is black and brown and very freindly he will be 1 soon!

Mika the tortoise is approximately 5 and I rescued her about 18 months ago, such a character! She is about 12 cm long, a pet for life!

Then there's our latest (and I must say greatest!) MOUSE  :Luv:
Hopefully if I've attached my pics right you can see pics of him taken today and the "mouse house" (his shelves which my hubby built especially for him)!

 :welcome: to Purrs   ;D

Glad you've found us, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  You have been warned  :evillaugh:

I've always wanted an Alaskan Malamute (think I saw one on Blue Peter or something when I was a kid  :evillaugh:) but my minor flaw is that I'm afraid of dogs  Weimeraner's are gorgeous too  :Luv2: I bet Mouse will be 'top cat dog' before long  :naughty:

Hi Clare  :welcome: to Purrs,

Glad to have you on board.  Can't wait to see pics of all your furries - even though we are a cat forum we love all creatures and you actually live with my two favourite types of doggies  :Luv2:

Hi Clare - welcome to Purrs  :welcome:

Had to google a Malamute - what ana amazing sounding family you have!  ;D  Right now then, being nosey, what are the names of your dogs, bunnies and tortoise - we need to know those too, as part of the big extended Puss family!   There are lots of bunnie fans and dog fans - and tortoise and other reptile fans on here too.

What does Mouse look like (hint hint -piccies!)   ;D :evillaugh:

Hi

Just thought I better introduce myself...

I am Clare I'm 24 and I live in a small village in Essex with my husband and 2 daughters aged 4 and 2, I am animal mad and have 2 Dogs; a malamute and a weimeraner x, 2 bunnies, a tortoise and now a 12 week old kitten.
Our Kitten is a moggie and his name is Mouse, I haven't had a cat since I was a young teenager, but I have wanted one for a long time.
He has been with us for 3 weeks now and is very much settled and keeping me on my toes, we are keeping him separate from the dogs at the moment as our malamute is big and playful and Mouse is still small. So I will need help with the introductions when it finally is time and I  am currently very confused about food! So I will post in the right topic areas!

Clare x
