I didnt have the pleasure of being a member when that dreadful story was written. The thought of someone actually letting dogs do that is so awful.

I hope they have a wonderful forever home and a special hug a kiss from my babies to you for caring for Winnie and Polly so well

so did the people who's dogs did the dreadful thing get caught and prosecuted ?

Well Winnie and Polly have gone and for once I cant stop crying. The girls were featured on Catchat last year they were feral kittens who had seen mum and litter mates deliberately killed by 5 pit bulls. We named them after my 2 ancient dogs who had died not long before and put a lot into earning their trust. Polly ended up being a real softy but Winnie still remains a little timid, everyone wanted Polly but we were determined that these gorgeous girls stayed together. They have been living in the house with us for quite a while and enjoyed climbing UP the bannister, they have gone to live in a delightful cottage with original oak beams so no shortage of climbing or scratching posts. The house seems so quiet without them charging up and down the stairs, guess these were two I would have loved to keep more than most, but job done and space made for the next needy ones.
