Totally - but I knew the score when I started fostering - so hard as I've had her nearly 7 months and helped her give birth, etc, but the couple are so nice and I'm sure she'll be well loved - just hope that she understands and won't be too stressed.

Doing a homecheck on thursday - they are a lovely couple - so if all's ok Flora will be off to hew new home this weekend - gonna be hard!  Got to be brave!

Yes rehoming has been going ok - mind you 15 black cats came in last week - plus a mum and four kittens - so as you know, it's never ending... will be having a 3 day break early March as I'm taking Alex (my 9 year old son) to Disneyland Paris - break for both of us!!!

Brilliant news all round  You seem to be doing really well with rehoming lately.  Could you give Flora's new parents (I know they haven't seen her yet but I'm certain they won't be able to resist her) details of Purrs, maybe they could post the odd update for us all!

I bet you will miss her. I don't think I could foster as I found it hard enough parting with a cat that was here for 2 hours at the weekend.

I'm sure you will make sure she goes to a home where she will get the love & attention she deserves.

Ooh - how exciting!  I don't know whether to be happy or sad about Flora - obviously I want her to get a new home asap, but a part of me wants her to not find a home, stay with you and be available when I get a house with more space and can have another cat!    I  Flora.

Hi

As you know I've had the lovely Flora (she of the amazing litter of 9) since August last year.  She's had various medical problems but is now fighting fit and ready for a new home.  She has made herself very much at home at mine and is out and about with the others, but even though in my heart I want to keep her, my head is saying no.  Along with the added food and insurance/vet expense, my son is deaf and he requires quite a bit of my time too.

The lady who's coming to see Flora sounds wonderful - I shall be gutted to see her go, but I know I can't keep her... I just don't want her to hate me!!

Also, got another couple coming to see Lenny on Saturday!
