Thats ok  :wow:

It has made me realise I need to get some better pics of her anyway - how come photos just never do our cats justice lol!!  :Luv2:

Need to phone Axa tomorrow too about the little lady - they dont have Siberians in their drop down list of breeds either so at the moment they think she is Nina the Maine Coon lol!!

Oopss     seems I caused a near revolt by not putting pics on of the lovely Nina - thanks for the rescue Helen lol!!

I did indeed swan off after posting this - however it was for a good cause as I was off doing my first home check for the CP branch I volunteer with  (and they passed with flying colours!)

Anyway I am off to upload some to photobucket - so be back in a few mins with Nina in all her glory  :Luv2:

I know someone who is a Siberian breeder (a good, reputable breeder) who I can put you in touch with if you like? PM me if you want to contact her. She is very knowledgeable about the breed and her cats are beautiful, she breeds all sorts of colours including the fab Neva Masquerades (colourpoint) - which I love  :Luv:

We will have to think up a suitable punishment.  I'm afraid making comments like this

I recently aquired a lovely little Siberian lady called Nina

and then scarpering without posting pics is well and truly against Purrs rules  :o

I don't have one but I remember reading an article that said they cause the least allergic reaction, due to not producing as much dander as most cats despite the length of their fur.

I agree, pictures please! :)

Hello all,

As I recently aquired a lovely little Siberian lady called Nina I just wondered if there were any other Siberian owners out there on purrs?

I know a bit about them from My Cat and the web and realise they cant get quite big. In saying that Oscar my old rescue boy is a Maine Coon who are also meant to be quite big and he is a wee shorty and much smaller than his Raggie brother Edgar.

So are there any other Siberian finas out there? I have just registered her with the vet - who had to call back and make sure it was not a Siberian husky puppy I was registering - they haven't met one before!!!
