Yep that's it  I hate to say I told you so ... but ... I told you so!!!

In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

As soon as you do something "interesting" like reading the newspaper she'll soon come round to see what you are doing.  Cat's are great at being stroppy and sulking but as we all know they are also soooo nosey and can't bear to think they are missing out on something interesting

Like this??

For a man to truly understand rejection, he must first be ignored by a cat.

Dogs believe they are human. Cats believe they are God.

No amount of time can erase the memory of a good cat, and no amount of masking tape can ever totally remove his fur from your couch.

She'll forgive you - they always do!  A few weeks ago I was in a similar situation feeling tired and stressed as I tried to get breakfast for 2 wailing cats.  I was very short tempered with them and decided to shut them out of the kitchen while I dished out the food as they were really getting on my nerves and winding me up.  I shooed them into the living room, receiving a hiss from Jaffa as I did so, and virtually slammed the door shut on them.  Unfortunately Mosi was making an attempt to come back into the kitchen and got his paw trapped in the door.  Poor lad was very wary of me for the rest of the morning but he forgave me after I'd grovelled and bought him a new toy!

Lexy keeps you in her line of sight and no matter what you do, she will not turn or bat an eyelid....until you give her a treat...then she's all yours.

Kocka was the sulker supreme and if I upset her she would turn her back on me and flop spectacularly to the ground sorta going humphhhhhhhhhhhh. If I tried to go round the other side with a treat then she would turn over so her back was to me again.

They come round when they want something

I've got a sore throat aswell so it all came out so high pitched that I am sure Dolphins would have understood me!!

What a moody cow! I thought I had sulking down to a fine art! But she is so much better than me!

Cats have a wonderful way of sulking spectacularly!

I'm sure she'll forgive you when she feels she's taught you a lesson.  ;)

Awww.. she is probably just a bit apprehensive now as she has never heard you shout before!

Maybe you can bring her round with a treat or two? Or a play with her fave toy?  ;D

... I shouted really loudly at my kitty today and now I think she hates me! I have been feeling unwell and with the added stress of her coming into season and with the fact I was told wrong about her spay status, I lost my temper. I didn't mean to shout at her! Now she won't come near me and I am affraid I have lost her friendship.

I really love my kitty!! But I dont think she loves me anymore!  :'(
