As FeLV is not airborne I think most catteries only insist on Enteritis and cat flu

whats the cattery status on felv ??

also since i may take cody to a show and or poss export him i'm keeping his going, i agree normally tho if you can guarantee they wont get out (so pretty well escape proof etc) then its no so nec for indoors only cats.

Mine are indoor and so don't have the FELV jab.

My vet actually advised against it as they are indoor.

I agree it is not necessary for indoor only cats.

Never had it done.? Jaffa had it once when they were out of the vaccine he normally has so they gave him a 3 in 1 that included the FeLv jab.? Mosi had it with his initial course (not done by me) but he won't be having it when he has his booster.? ?Don't think it's necessary for indoor cats and the risks/side effects of vaccinations seem to be linked to the FeLv one rather than the others so I avoid it.

All the cats we home as indoor/outdoor are injected against FeLV and many people do seem to keep the injections up.
