Hello Goldiewing - welcome to Purrs and very glad you've joined us  :welcome:

This place gets addictive, and in some respects, we all share in each other's cats, so it shouldn't be long before you find yourself an adopted "auntie" to one or two on here as well as the ones you feed at home   ;D ;)   Check out the Cats basket too - that's the chatroom, and there are quizzes and games take place in there.  There's also a Purrs Calendar for sale and there'll be an Auction to fund raise very soon, so watch out for that!

when you have found your way around, there are various places to see loads and loads and loads of cat pictures  ;D

Hi,
I found this lovely forum whilst I was looking for a ban fireworks petition.

What a lovely site and lovely members!  I can't own a cat as my husband is allergic, but I am a cat fanatic!

I feed all the cats in the area from the back door, and I think I am known in our area as the cat lady!  I'm hoping when I retire I can work voluntarily in the local PAWS cat rehoming scheme in our area, so until then, I have to fuss and admire others!

I have a favourite cat piccy that I will upload as my avatar.

Hope to meet lots of you online
