Marny is a 7 year old, male blue colourpointed Ragdoll. He is vaccinated (booster due November 2008) and neutered. We are told he has no health problems and that his coat is matt free and in good condition.
Marny is a friendly Ragdoll who enjoys human company, but is not a lap cat. He loves to be fussed and to sit next to his humans, but does not really like to be picked up and cuddled. He is happy to be groomed.
Marny has always been allowed to free roam in the garden and surrounding area and does not us an indoor tray, preferring to toilet in the garden. As a welfare charity we would advise that in his new home Marny is provided with a litter tray indoors, for use at night if nothing else. He will need a home where he can have access to a garden. He has been used to wandering, so his new home will need to be in a quiet area, away from busy roads and if possible a secure garden provided, so he can not leave it.
Marny is used to living with a small dog, but not children or other cats, however most Ragdolls settle well with other cats, given time to settle so we would not rule out a home where there are resident cats.
