Misa and Sasa are up with the dawn and outside in waiting hours before I get up!

They are also going out after dusk cos thats the best time for meece and shrews. not to mention the constant flappin in and out all day cos its so exciting out there!

Only seem to be getting magpies to the bird table and the odd robins are having a good look around before landing and eating, I used to have a great selection of birds when I had Kocka but these young guns have scared em all away :'(

Oooh, well done Sid! What a clever boy!  ;D

Pearl's been terrorizing the bird life in the garden - you can tell when she's lurking as there's not a bird to be seen on the table and feeders. Recently she's caught and brought in two Collared Doves, seems she's been cultivating a taste for pigeon... The birds are almost as big as she is!

Clever lad!!

I've already had a shrew

did you know that they wont eat Shrews because they taste bitter ?!
See you learn something new everyday
Yep!! Which is why I've had to catch live ones in the past as the boys have basically brought them in alive and just dropped them.  :tired:They bite!! Viscious little butter... >:(
Ah, summer - the season for a daily mouse...

What a good boy and you should be proud of him. I dread to think what Lexy would bring me if she was an outdoor cat, I just about manage to contain pride when she gives me a toy

Clever lad!!

I've already had a shrew (mysterious blood trail round the kitchen, corpse under the table) this year, crossing fingers we don't get too many presents as they have a nasty tendency to bring the meeses in alive and they end up dying under the TV cabinet or the settee...

Sid just caught his first rat. Its only a small one but I'm very proud of
him. Unfortunately I had to confiscate it because Mandu brought it into the
living room.
