Hi Candyshandy,

That is very kind, I have emailed the poster through to you - hope it isn't too late as I don't have internet access at home and am checking at work.

I have put posters up last night and put leaflets through local houses so feeling like it just a bit of a waiting game - still going out each night and looking for him though!

I have put food outside and it disappears each night but I am guessing that I am feeding the local wildlife rather then Rufus! I am keeping positive that it could be him though!

Have you put a poster up at Leahurst?

I'm going there tomorrow to pick up Fabes - I can take a poster with me if you email it to me.

Hi Booey,

I got your email  :) Glad you decided to join us and fingers crossed Rufus has been taken in by someone which is quite likely as he's only a little lad.

Like dawn says get as many posters out to as many people as possible.  The more posters and flyers the better your chances of getting him back.

Good luck and please keep us informed

Pretty much yes, he wasn't technically allowed out so when the doors were open he was determined to go and get some fresh air!

Thanks, I am going to make some leaflets and go door to door tonight, thought I would put a photo on and my number with details - I just hope he has been taken in and someone is looking after him as the thought of him on his own in the terrible weather is horrid!

did he escape??  I think knocking on doors with leaflets seems to have the best results

Thanks!

no he wasn't neutured as I was told not to get him done until he was 6 months? That is definately one conclusion me and my boyfriend have come to - he is just far to tempted by the ladies! Yes It was Sam, definately a fantastic list of tips for me to follow so hopefully all being well I might see him again soon!

He was wearing a collar and I am kicking myself now for not getting a contact tag, we just didn't think he would disappear because he wasn't going out - big lesson learnt!

was he neutered?  he might have gone off in search of love!  he's very cute by the way, I'm guessing it was Sam who sent you her list of things to do to get them back, can't really top that but good luck

Rufus in nearly 5 months old (born 29th March 08)

He has been missing since Saturday (09.08.08) and isn't used to being outside as he is so young.
He was last seen in the Chester Road area of Neston, Cheshire.

He is ginger and white and wears a green collar. He has white legs with ginger splodges on his front right leg and back left leg.

I was recommended this website from someone that replied to my post on nationalpetregister which was very kind
I have had a good list of tips on how to find him but welcome anymore that people may have - I just really want him back!

Thanks in advance!
Booey
